Who We Are
In 2018, I started a burnout recovery & stress management psychotherapy clinic, and as a community quickly formed, offered a complete recovery program called, The 1:1 Burnout Solution.
Following a successful launch, I founded Stress Wise, a workplace wellbeing consultancy, that supports leaders in high-pressure industries cope with the rising trends of burnout.

How long is the program?

How do I know I have burnout?
Burnout isn’t just “feeling stressed.” It’s a recognised occupational syndrome (WHO) involving exhaustion, detachment, and reduced effectiveness.
Clinical frameworks (ICD-11, DSM-5) help define it, but your lived experience matters just as much. If you feel depleted, stuck, and unlike yourself, that’s data too.
